Fruity-forward style of wine revealing aromas of raspberry, mature pomegranate and Green tea, that endure long after the smooth satin finish. Its freshness, silky texture and tasty aftertaste make it a very pleasant wine to be enjoyed at any time. To serve chilled at 10-12 C.
Pairing: Grilled chicken, paella, noodles with vegetables, oriental spices, pasta with creamy sauces and mushroom rissoto.
A rose wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes come from the Olympus’ vineyards in Afames, south of Troodos mountain range with an altitude of 880 m above the sea level. Vineyards are cultivated with thorough care to get the optimum maturation for this style of wine.
